Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MyBBQs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Total Shipping time consists of the processing time and the transit time.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 2-7 business days, excluding custom, or special order items.
Tracking information will be provided within 24 hours of shipping to provide expected delivery date.

Order Shipment:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at support@mybbqs.com.

Please note:
  1. Shipping times may experience delays during public holidays, as courier services typically reduce their operations during these periods. This is beyond our control. Normal service will resume promptly following each holiday.
  2. Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may also contribute to delivery delays.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's progress to your doorstep.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MyBBQs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In case of an error, please contact us immediately at the address below.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at the address below. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or processing a refund.
